This is a privately owned reference site with no government, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections affiliation. Neither the site nor its advertising partners is a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The service is not for credit, employment, insurance, housing or tenant screening, or any other FCRA-covered purpose. It does not provide private-investigation or consumer-report services.

Nature of the Service

The site points readers to McLeod County and Minnesota inmate, jail, release, court, and supervision resources, as well as federal custody tools. It may also connect visitors to independent search providers. We do not hold official records, determine custody status, release a person, post bond, or submit government forms for a visitor.

Use must remain lawful and must not interfere with people, records systems, or the site.

Outside Links and Tools

Links may lead to sheriff and corrections pages, court systems, release records, legal resources, federal locators, and third-party search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control an outside site's accuracy, privacy practices, terms, uptime, prices, or results. Review its rules before submitting data or payment.

No Warranties

The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranty that information is complete or current, access will be uninterrupted, software will be free of errors or security weaknesses, or a partner search will find every responsive record.

Custody and public-record systems change often. Nothing published here is an official statement by McLeod County, a sheriff, a court, Minnesota DOC, or a federal agency.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent Minnesota law permits, the site, its owners, and its service partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of an outside service.

Your Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use, misuse, rights violations, or breach of these terms.

Ownership and Permissions

Original text, graphics, logos, layout, and code belong to McLeod County Released Inmates or the identified content partner. Government materials remain subject to their own rules. You may not copy, republish, distribute, or modify protected site material without written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. A new version takes effect when it is posted here. Continued use after posting means the current terms apply.

Access May Be Ended

We may restrict or revoke access at any time, with or without notice, including when use threatens security, violates these terms, or interferes with other visitors.

Minnesota Governing Law

Minnesota law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Minnesota.

Severability

If a court finds one part invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. The affected part will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
